The Portland Building
The Portland building has 3 floor plans, all of which have 2 bedrooms. Our apartments have an open concept living space and kitchen, hardwood floors throughout, stainless steel appliances, and large bedrooms with plenty of space to create a study area. All floor plans, except for the 2 bed & 1 bath units also have a fireplace.
The Fairfax Building
The Fairfax building has 3 floor plans, all of which have 2 bedrooms. Our apartments have an open concept living space and kitchen, hardwood floors throughout, stainless steel appliances, gas fireplace, and large bedrooms with plenty of space to create a study area. In addition to these features, unit 301, the Penthouse, has a gas range and excellent hood, large walk-in shower, skylights, and a balcony.
